Cancellation policy
Appointments canceled without at least 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

Late policy
A 15-minute grace period is available. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be considered a cancellation unless Hazel has been contacted beforehand.
Children policy
Children are not permitted during appointments unless they are the client receiving the service. If a child is receiving a service, a parent or legal guardian must remain present for the entire appointment.
