Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment. Your time is reserved only after Hazel personally confirms the service, date, and time.

Services may be declined or adjusted when safety, product instructions, contraindications, or professional judgment make that appropriate. Share relevant sensitivities, conditions, medications, and recent treatments before your service.

Policies and payment

Confirmed appointments are subject to the published studio policies. Current accepted payment methods are cash, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle.

Unless otherwise stated, the website's copy, branding, and original content belong to Radiance with Hazel and may not be reused without permission.
